They were much admired and we told our guests that you had made them – couldn’t possibly take the credit! Unfortunately I was only able to try the sweet ones as all the others were consumed before they reached me which just shows how popular they were.
Douglas and I are the world’s worst at entertaining but will certainly ask if you are free to help out next time we have people over. The staff proved pretty good too – you have trained them well!

Thank you for your follow up call and message left on the answer phone. We throughly enjoyed our day on Sunday, and this was in no short measure to the service you and your excellent team provided. The lunch was very well received, in particular the Moroccan stuffed lamb was truly delicious, and we have received a number of compliments on both the catering and the staffing which were described in one letter as ‘a beautiful and appetising lunch’, and ‘most caring yet almost invisible.’ This all helped to create a happy and relaxed occasion.
We would not hesitate to recommend Frog Hollow to any of our friends, and if the occasion arises in the future when we need a caterer once again, we shall know where to come. Please pass on our thanks to all concerned for helping to make it a day to remember!

Thank you so much for the most beautiful and wonderful birthday cake. Everyone was very impressed and we all loved it in everyway! It looked just fantastic and it tasted wonderful. And it really was the icing on the cake, as they say, to a most lovely 80th birthday party for my mother-in-law.
We have half a cake left, so next time we will follow your advice. However my mother-in-law delightfully took the other half home with her to share with friends and other family. It will get eaten, I’m sure!

Nick and I just wanted to say a huge great thank you to you and all your team for all the hard work you put in to our wedding.
Your involvement made the running of the day so much easier allowing Mum and I to relax and not worry about a thing (which is quite something seeing as I am always happier organising things myself!). We have had so many amazing letters from friends of ours saying what a relaxed and fun day it was. You played a huge part in that with all your friendly and attentive staff, not to mention the creative canapes and supper you provided. Everything was delicious, I just wish I could eat it all again so I could enjoy it properly.
For anyone looking to bring you on board for their party/event, I couldn’t recommend you highly enough. I am just trying to find another excuse myself!

Kate will have told you how delighted we were with the catering for John’s big birthday, that he enjoyed it was obvious, but so did his guests and the food was the icing on the cake! Only yesterday one of our friends said how much they’d enjoyed it and added- “and of course the food was to die for”!

I want you to know how delighted I was with the dinner party food. Your menu provided just what I wanted. It was absolutely wonderful, elegant and full of freshness and flavour. It was all just perfect, but the guinea fowl with red pepper crust was outstanding and was beautifully complemented by the red cabbage with star anise. My guests were very impressed and greatly enjoyed the whole meal (I did admit to the source of their gourmet experience!)
