Dressed Wedding Trout

On 27th August we provided 3 dressed trout for a wedding buffet at Holly Bank House, Emsworth.

The trout were caught by the bride’s mother and we cooked and dressed them ready for the big day.

In February this year we launched a new side to Frog Hollow Catering.

Sweet Art has been providing cake and cookie decorating classes and parties successfully for children for the last 6 months.

We would now like to introduce to you to our long awaited

Cake Decorating Master Classes for Adults

These new Master Classes are starting in November 2011 – and are designed to guide you through the techniques required to create a beautifully decorated cake ready for Christmas.

The workshops are held on Thursday evenings and run for 2 hours. Drinks and healthy snacks are included.

There are 5 classes in all, each one different  providing you with the skills and know how to produce a a finished cake which you can show off to your friends and family this Christmas.

We are offering a discount with our intoductory first class -

Book a learn the basics workshop for  just £25.00 per person, the following  4 classes are charged at £35.00 each per person.

The stunning venue for these workshops is Holly bank House,  a  listed Georgian country house, with 10 acre garden located on the Hampshire/West Sussex border at the foot of the South Downs national park.

Parking is free with plenty of spaces.

What’s been happening so far this year?

The start of this year has been a busy one for Frog Hollow Catering. We have so far done 6 events, quite something considering we are coming out of a recession!

The largest event so far has been for a Golden Wedding Anniversary at Holly Bank House Emsworth for 84 guests.

Holly Bank is a wonderful venue if you are looking for somewhere to hold a party. Please see my Little Green book for the venue’s contact details.

The guests enjoyed a champagne canape reception on the lawn and were served with a selection of delicious small eats.

 The children were not forgotten at this party. They tucked in to roast chicken breast with gravy and then strawberry jelly and chocolate cupcakes.
