Frog Hollow Sweet Art gift vouchers make a unique and thoughtful gift which is guaranteed to please. Vouchers are blank for you to fill in and are valid for 6 months so the lucky recipient can book a date that is suitable for them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

BOOKING:

A class booking form must be signed before anyone may take part in any of the Sweet Art classes.

Mummies, Daddies, other carers and grownups are welcome to stay and join in the fun at any children’s classes (please only one per child – or we will run out of space) this does not apply to Art Themed Creative Food Workshops.

Frog Hollow Catering reserves the right to reschedule classes in case of illness or minimum bookings not being met.

We do not take responsibility for any personal belongings or items whilst attending a class.

PAYMENT:

Payment must be made in advance either by cash or cleared cheque prior to the class. Please make cheques payable to Frog Hollow Catering.

PRICING:

All prices for classes include VAT. However prices are subject to change at any time. Once a booking has been made, the price will not change and will not affect bookings that have already been made. All fees include all materials, drinks and healthy snacks.

FOOD ALLERGIES:

Frog Hollow Catering will not take any responsibility for any person affected by any ingredients used in the creation of Sweet Art. You will be asked to fill out a food allergy form, please make sure you fill in any details that may be relevant.

Nut Allergy - by recipe our cupcakes and icings do not contain whole nuts – however we cannot provide a nut free class due to the possible traces of nuts in the sprinkles and decorations we use in our classes.

CANCELLATIONS:

In the event of cancellations and no shows no refunds will be given. Cancellations requiring rescheduled days may be possible, but only with 48 hours notice if a place on a course is free. This cannot be guaranteed however as courses usually fill up in advance.

 

INSURANCE

Frog Hollow Catering who provides Sweet Art is fully insured and all staff are CRB checked. Charlotte holds a Level 3 award in food safety management procedures.
