Party bookings are charged at £25.00 per person and can be held at your choice of venue. Suitable for ages 13 years to adult.

PARTY BOOKING FORM – 13 – ADULT
If you have a printer, click on the link above – which will take you to our booking form – print out the form – fill in all the boxes and send it back to us at this address with your deposit. Frog Hollow Catering Frog Hollow 2 River Street Westbourne West Sussex PO10 8TG If you do not have access to a printer – we can send the booking form to you by post. Terms and Conditions: All clients must fill out a booking form and include a list of guest’s names – we use these as name tags for packing up the cupcakes at the end of the party. We provide all the cupcakes, decorations and icings and bring enough and some extra on the day to cover any accidents. If you have miscalculated your numbers we may be able to accommodate an extra person on the day, however please bare in mind- you would be charged £30.00 extra per person added and this would be payable at the end of the party. Payment: Payment can be made either by cash, cheque made payable to Frog Hollow Catering or Bank Transfer – details can be sent to you. To secure a future date and confirm your booking a 50% deposit is required. All parties must be booked and paid for 1 week before the event date. Our requirements: For 20 people – 3 x 6ft trestle tables or equivalent Additional surface space to set up and store equipment Chairs for each person Room to move around the whole table to assist with decorating Space at the table for staff to demonstrate cupcake decorating Hand washing facilities, soap and towels A place to unload and pack up equipment plus parking Please note: We do not recommend an outside party as icings are susceptible to melting and the sugar can attract flying insects particularly wasps. If you wanted to have an outside event – we would require a gazebo or marquee to protect your guests. Food Allergies: Frog Hollow Catering will not take any responsibility for any person affected by any ingredients used in the creation of Sweet Art. Nut Allergy - by recipe our cupcakes and icings do not contain whole nuts – however we cannot provide a nut free class due to the possible traces of nuts in the sprinkles and decorations we use. Food intolerances - Lactose, Dairy, wheat/gluten Our cupcakes, icings and decorations contain all of the above -however we can provide dairy/ wheat free cupcakes if required. Cancellations: When a date is booked, we refuse other events that may come in after – therefore charges are payable for any cancellation of a confirmed date, your deposit will be taken as the charge. Insurance: Frog Hollow Catering who provides Sweet Art is fully insured and all staff are CRB checked. Charlotte holds a Level 3 award in food safety management procedures and has been awarded a 5 by The Food Standards Agency.
