On the 2nd of April, we catered for an 80th Birthday Party at Holly bank House in Emsworth.
The guests were treated to a delicious selection of canapés:
Honey and mustard glazed cocktail sausages Salmon and spring onion fritters with sweet chilli dipping sauce Smoked mackerel pate chouquettes with beetroot Wild mushroom and smoked ham tartlets Goat’s cheese tartlets with apple sauce and toasted walnuts Mini yorkshire puddings with rare roast fillet of beef and horseradish cream Lime marinated chicken sticks with coriander mayonnaise dipTowards the end of the event there were speeches and champagne followed by vanilla cupcakes decorated with handmade sugar flowers – which had been displayed for everyone to admire throughout the party.
