From a young age, I had dreams of becoming a chef and my biggest dream was to set up my own catering company.
My career started in London, cooking for restaurants and director’s dining rooms, I then left the UK for the sunny Mediterranean working on charter yachts and more recently in France, managing private luxury villas and chalets.
Returning to the UK in 2006, I realised my dream.
Frog Hollow Catering was born and has grown from a small tadpole to a successful business. I take great pride in my work and particulary enjoy the attention to detail. I use quality ingredients, imaginative ideas and my 20 years of professional experience to create the most fantastic food for any occasion.
All my menus are tailor – made for each client and are designed to reflect the nature of the event, time of year and budget, along with any special dietary requirements or personal wishes.
