Frog Hollow Catering has been operating for 5 years and specialises in Bespoke Party Catering and Celebration Cake Design.

We mainly provide a catering service to local clients in and around the Portsmouth and Chichester areas but if required we would be happy to go as far afield as London.

Our aim is to provide the highest standard of food and service, tailored to our client’s exact requirements. All the food is prepared by Frog Hollow Catering, using the highest quality, fresh, and where possible local ingredients. We do not buy ready prepared food unless it is a specialist product.

Our menus use seasonal ingredients and we endeavour to use as much local produce as possible to not only support the community but also to ensure the ingredients are fresh and full of flavour. We  also like to include other fantastic British suppliers from further afield and we are always on the hunt for new and exciting products to use in our menus.

When devising  menus for clients, we always check to see if there are any dietary requirements we need to be aware of. We have a great deal of experience catering for all sorts of different diets and can supply special menus for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs, dairy and nut intolerance sufferers. We can also supply children’s menus if required.

We are extremely committed to the business and have a real passion for it. We would like our clients to feel their party plans are in safe hands.

Our aim is for the client to enjoy their event, spend time with their guests and to be able to put their feet up, knowing that the Frog Hollow Catering team have everything under control.

When a client contacts us regarding a catering event, we need to collect all the information necessary to give the most accurate quote. We like to visit our clients either at their home or the venue for their party,  we can then get a real picture of exactly what their requirements are. To obtain a smooth running event, it is the attention to detail that is really important.

Frog Hollow Catering’s bespoke service ensures that each client is able to personalise their event, by being able to choose a style which suits them best.

We can arrange the hire of an extensive list of crockery, cutlery and glassware styles and beautiful linen in all colours. To help you with your choice, a preview of your table can be arranged at our supplier’s show room. We will accompany you to this meeting and guide you through the options available.

We have trained a great team of staff who will serve drinks and food throughout your party. We can even do the washing up, and we take full responsibility to ensure the venue is left clean and tidy before leaving at the end of the event. We also offer a rubbish removal service.

We know there is more to a great event than just the catering so to cover other services you may need, we have a recommended list of contacts for our clients to use: Marquee hire, Florists, Drinks suppliers, Equipment hire and Venues.

Frog Hollow Catering also provides a celebration cake design service. Whatever the occasion, Frog Hollow expertly bake and lovingly decorate the most delicious celebration cakes, freshly made using best quality, locally sourced ingredients. Every creation; unique and inspired by you.
